VALENTINES / PRESIDENTS' DAY

At school yesterday, Claire's kindergarten class had a Valentine's Day party, and Matthew's Pre-K class had a Presidents' Day program. I was fortunate enough to attend both events! And Stella was a trooper, as she had to stay in her stroller most of the time.

Claire's class had a Valentine exchange and they got to snack on cookies and candies. I had fun visiting with her friends and classmates.



































Matthew and the other kids in Pre-K each had to research and present facts on an assigned president. Matthew had Harry S. Truman! He loved it!! He wore is suit coat and everything! He said the line: "My name is Harry S. Truman. No one thought I'd win my reelection! I also ended World War II."
