After dinner, we went in search of fireworks and ended up in Doug's office! There we got to see the fireworks at eye level- we were on the 31st floor of his office building! There were other coworkers' kids there, too- about 10 kids in all, and they got to eat popcorn and candy while they watched the fireworks! And the sound was muffled through the thick glass windows, which was a bonus for the preschoolers.
